提出水平汉轴回转电火花加工精密球面零件的加工方法,加工不同曲率半径的球面,只要调整工具电极主轴轴线与工件主轴轴线的夹角就可实现。同时工具电极损耗后能自动适应所加工的球面形状,不需要进行补偿就能加工出高精度的球面。加工球面零件能达到1μm的几何尺寸精度和小于Ra0.1μm的表面粗糙度。
The processing method of rotating spherical EDM for spherical surface of the horizontal han shaft is proposed. The spherical surface with different radius of curvature can be processed by adjusting the angle between the tool axis and the spindle axis. At the same time tool electrode loss can automatically adapt to the processing of the spherical shape, without the need for compensation can be processed out of high-precision spherical. Spherical parts can be processed to achieve the geometric accuracy of 1μm and less than Ra0.1μm surface roughness.
