目的了解0-3岁小儿体内微量元素(锌Zn、铁Fe、钙Ca、镁Mg、铜Cu)的含量.方法原子吸收光谱法.仪器:北京普析公司生产的MB5微量元素分析仪.结果通过1313例末梢全血血样标本的分析,0-3岁小儿体内微量元素锌(Zn)缺乏有450人,铁(Fe)缺乏230人,钙(Ca)缺乏18人,铜(Cu)、镁(Mg)无明显变化,年龄越小,缺锌(Zn)、缺钙(Ca)比例越大,男、女5种元素缺乏无明显区别.结论小儿微量元素测定是了解小儿生长发育情况的重要指标,可以指导家长合理添加辅食,平衡膳食.“,”Objective Understanding of 0-3 years old children in vivo trace elements (zinc, iron, calcium and Ca Zn Fe Mg Cu, magnesium, copper) content Methods Atomic absorption spectrometry Apparatus Beijing Pu company MB5 trace element analyzer Results By analysising 1313 cases of peripheral blood sample,I found that 450 children who were 0-3 years old in vivo trace elements lacked of zinc (Zn) , 230 children lacked of iron (Fe), 18 children lacked of calcium (Ca).No children lacked copper (Cu) and magnesium (Mg) .The younger the children were, the higher proportion of lacking zinc(Zn) and calcium(Ca) was.There were no obvious different changes in male and female cases of 5 kinds of element deficiency Conclusion Determination of trace elements in children is about children’s growth and development of the important indicators to guide parents to add complementary, reasonable, balanced diet.
