在网球技术中,网球正手击球是最为重要、最为基本的技术之一,锻炼正手击球技术能够在比赛中具备强大的进攻性武器,能够为其他技术的学习奠定良好的基础。因此,网球正手击球技术是网球各项技术中的重要技术,应当给予重视。目前网球的发展对网球运动员要求具备更好的网球技术,给网球的教学提出了更高的要求。本文针对网球正手击球技术的动作要求进行阐述,并且讲解几种正手击球的方法,并且提出几点正手击球的建议,促进网球水平的提高。
Among tennis techniques, tennis forehand is one of the most important and basic techniques. Forehand stroke technique can provide powerful offensive weapon in competition and lay a good foundation for learning other techniques. Therefore, tennis forehand technique is an important technique in various tennis techniques and should be given attention. At present, the development of tennis requires tennis players to have better tennis skills and put higher demands on tennis teaching. This article aims at the tennis forehand hitting technique requirements and elaborates several methods of forehand hitting, and puts forward some forehand hitting suggestion, promotes the tennis hight level enhancement.
