ＪＲ常磐新线北园高架桥全长1127ｋｍ,在108个桥墩中,有89个墩身截面相同,对其中墩高超过4ｍ的72个桥墩(平均高度79ｍ),采用预浇注模板工法。即先在桥位绑扎桥墩竖直钢筋,然后安装布设有箍筋的预制的混凝土模板(它也是墩身的一部分),再在模板内浇注墩身混凝土。图1 第一段模板
The JR Changbai New Line North Garden viaduct is 1127km in length. Among the 108 bridge piers, 89 have the same pier cross section. For the 72 piers (average height: 79m), of which pier height is more than 4m, precast casting method is adopted. The first step is to tie up the vertical reinforcement at the bridge abutment and then install a prefabricated concrete formwork (which is also part of the piers) with stirrups, pouring the concrete in the formwork.
