《中华人民共和国社会保险法》已于2010年10月28日由十一届全国人大常委会第十七次会议审议通过,这是我国人力资源和社会保障领域具有里程碑意义的一件大事。学习好、宣传好《社会保险法》,对于它的深入贯彻实施,对于公民维护自身权益,共享发展成果以及促进社会的和谐稳定具有重大意义。根据人社部和省人社厅的指示精神,我刊将加大对《社会保险法》的宣传力度,为这部关乎民生福祉的大法更好地深入人心、造福社会添砖加瓦。
The Social Security Law of the People’s Republic of China was reviewed and approved by the 17th NPC Standing Committee on October 28, 2010, which is a landmark event in the field of human resources and social security in our country. Studying and promoting the “Social Insurance Law” is of great significance to its thorough implementation and implementation, and to citizens’ safeguarding their own rights and interests, sharing development achievements, and promoting social harmony and stability. In accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Services and the Provincial Department of Social Affairs, we will step up publicity efforts on the Social Insurance Law to better serve this Dafa, which is about the well-being of people’s livelihood, and benefit the community.
