我院为了使档案工作更好地为教学、生产、科研服务,相应的加强了档案保管工作,先后建立了保管制度,增置了必要的安全設备。在平时的保管工作上我們主要做了以下的工作: 防虫。在一九六○年整理积存文件吋,曾发現部分文件中央有形状不同的昆虫,有些文件已被咬成小孔,因而引起了我們的注意。从一九六○年下半年就开始对室內的各种昆虫进行观察和試驗。通过試驗,发現对档案危害較大的有衣魚(又名面魚)和褐色(虫甲)虫(学名叫标本(虫甲))两种,并对这两种昆虫的生活习性及危害档案
In order to make the archives work better for teaching, production and scientific research services, our hospital strengthened the archival custody work correspondingly and successively established the custody system and added the necessary safety equipment.
