本病是一种罕见的眼底病,因眼底可见闪光亮点,故称结晶样视网膜变性。我院于1979年收治一例,现报告如下。患者陈××,男性,25岁,于1979年11月17日入院。患者1975年双眼视力均为1.5,1977年开始发现视力减退,但没有引起重视,以后视力逐渐下降。由于右眼视力下降较明显,而入院治疗。在此期间未患过其它疾病,无夜盲,过去无冶游史。家族中无亲缘结婚史,兄弟、姐妹均无类似眼病。眼科检查:视力右0.1,左0.6,外眼无异常。眼底检查见双眼视乳头呈暗红黄色,无蜡黄色改变,边界
