本文以机制完善和人员配置为着力点,阐述了民行检察专业化建设的含义和价值,介绍了当前民行检察工作中存在的严重的“倒三角”现象、不甚合理的人员配置、效率低下的办案机制,有针对性地从办案一体化机制、再审检察建议、民行检察队伍、专业化办案四个方面提出了加强民行检察专业化建设的具体建议,以期能为进一步促进社会矛盾化解、深入推进三项重点工作提供必要的支撑。
