目的 :将临床有效治疗哮喘的小青龙汤剂型改革制成贴片制剂———青龙贴。方法 :采用添加透皮吸收促进剂促进中药有效成分吸收。利用青龙贴的体外释放和皮肤透过实验确定皮肤为药物迁移的限速屏障。对月桂氮酮、丙二醇、冰片、薄荷油 4种透皮吸收促进剂单独应用和任意两种合用的促进效果进行考察。结果 :月桂氮酮和丙二醇合用促进效果最优 ,并由实验确定两者最佳促进效果时的浓度。结论 :透皮促进剂对中药透皮同样有促进作用。
Objective : To reform the Xiaoqinglong Decoction in clinical treatment of asthma into a patch preparation --- Qinglong paste. Methods: The use of transdermal absorption enhancers to promote the absorption of active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine. Using the in vitro release and skin permeation experiments of the Qinglong paste to determine the skin as a rate-limiting barrier to drug migration. The effects of the four kinds of transdermal absorption enhancers alone and any two combinations were investigated. Results: The combination of lauricone and propylene glycol promoted the best effect, and the concentration of the best promotion effect was determined by experiment. Conclusion : Transdermal enhancers can also promote the transdermal effect of traditional Chinese medicine.
