煤炭工业部煤炭科研院常州科试中心最近研制成功中频管件调质处理自动线。该自动线是管件毛坯调质处理的专用设备。它包括机械、电器和给水三大系统。由控制台、中频电源、感应加热炉、电阻保温炉、淬火矫点机等二十余台设备组成,采用中频感应加热,红态矫点,由电脑PC对全线实现时间控制,工作稳定可靠。主要技术性能:工件直径φ83～114mm,工件长度750～1100mm,生产节拍150～240 s之间可调。自去年4月投产至年底,共加工五个规格十个品种油缸、活柱筒6000余件,合格率为100％,并修复已报废的油缸、活柱筒3000件。仅此一项
Coal Research Institute of Changzhou Branch of the Scientific Research Center recently successfully developed mid-frequency tube quenching and tempering automatic line. The automatic line is pipe fittings quenching and tempering of special equipment. It includes three major systems of machinery, electrical appliances and water supply. It is composed of more than 20 sets of equipment such as console, medium frequency power supply, induction heating furnace, resistance holding furnace and quenching and leveler machine. It adopts medium frequency induction heating and red state correction point. It realizes time control from the PC to the whole line and is stable and reliable. The main technical performance: the workpiece diameter φ83 ~ 114mm, the workpiece length of 750 ~ 1100mm, the production beats between 150 ~ 240 s adjustable.
