厦大医院地处厦门市近郊区,是一所承担医疗、预防、保健的综合性医院,全院职工105人,病床100张,年平均住院病人1300～1500人次,四个门诊点年平均门诊量为12万人次。担负着全校师生员工及其家属近两万伍千人的医疗保健工作,同时包括附近居民、工厂、农民等的医疗任务。在人员紧、任务重的情况下,我院调动全院职工的积极性,以医疗保健为中心,努力提高技术水平,搞好优质服务。经济上采取了自收自支独立核算取得了较显著的
