在既有建筑物的增层改造中，首先要解决的问题是对地基土作出正确的评价。根据某工程实例，通过室内外大量试验数据的分析，并结合两组静载荷试验，探讨了地基土长期荷载作用下，土的物理力学性质的变化规律。
In the reconstruction of existing buildings, the first problem to be solved is to make a correct assessment of the foundation soil. According to the analysis of a large number of indoor and outdoor test data and two sets of static load tests, the variation regularity of the physical and mechanical properties of soil under long-term load of foundation soil is discussed.
