肝纤维化基本病理改变是以肝内弥漫性细胞外基质蛋白(extracellular matrix,ECM)过度沉淀为特点,肝星状细胞(hepatic stellate cell,HSC)的激活被认为是肝纤维化发生的核心和始动环节.目前认为HSC受刺激活化是一个涉及多种细胞因子、细胞信号转导通路间不同水平共同调控的过程.相关研究证实Wnt信号通路在调控肝脏病理生理的过程中起到重要作用,经典Wnt信号通路的异常激活可能是致HSC活化而导致肝纤维化的重要原因.深入探讨肝纤维化过程中Wnt信号通路调控机制,将可能给临床带来更具有价值的诊疗策略.
The basic pathological changes of liver fibrosis are characterized by excessive precipitation of diffuse extracellular matrix (ECM) in the liver. Activation of hepatic stellate cells (HSC) is considered as the core of hepatic fibrosis It is thought that HSC stimulated activation is a process involving multiple cytokines and different levels of cell signal transduction pathway.Researches confirm that Wnt signaling pathway plays an important role in the regulation of liver pathophysiology, Abnormal activation of the canonical Wnt signaling pathway may be an important reason for hepatic fibrosis induced by activation of HSC.To investigate the regulation of Wnt signaling pathway in the process of hepatic fibrosis may bring more valuable clinical strategies.
