ＳｙｓｍｅｘＵＦ 1 0 0以流式细胞仪为基础可进行尿液自动显微镜分析。现用于ＣＳＦ分析 ,并与Ｆｕｃｈｓ Ｒｏｓｅｎｔｈａｌ计算室计数和生化 (蛋白质、糖和乳酸脱氢酶 )及微生物数据 (革兰染色和培养 )相比较。样品 ＣＳＦ 2 5 6份 ,大多来自腰椎穿刺 (ｎ =1 74;68 0 % )
Sysmex UF 1 0 0 Automated microscopic analysis of urine based on flow cytometry. It is currently used in CSF analysis and compared with Fuchs Rosenthal’s calculation of chamber counts and biochemical (protein, sugar and lactate dehydrogenase) and microbial data (Gram stain and culture). Most CSF CSF samples were collected from the lumbar puncture (n = 1 74; 68 0%)
