为准确了解和把握科技工作者群体的现实需求,中国科协委托中国科协发展研究中心于2007-2008年开展了科技工作者需求状况调查。通过中国科协在全国31个省(自治区、直辖市)设立的219个科技工作者状况调查站点,共发放调查问卷8760份(每个站点40份),回收有效问卷8549份,回收率97.6%;在甘肃、贵州、北京等省(市)召开4次座谈会,与高等院校、科研院所、医疗卫生、农业技术推广等机构的70余位科技工作者调研
In order to accurately understand and grasp the real needs of scientists and technologists, CAST commissioned the China Association for Science and Technology Development Research Center to conduct a survey of the needs of scientists and technologists in 2007-2008. A total of 8760 investigation questionnaires (40 copies per site) were issued through 219 scientific and technological workers survey sites set up by China Association for Science and Technology in 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) across the country. There were 8549 valid questionnaires recovered with a recovery rate of 97.6%. In Gansu, Guizhou, Beijing and other provinces (cities) held four forums, and institutions of higher learning, research institutes, health care, agricultural extension and other agencies of more than 70 scientific and technological workers research
