患者男,21岁,农民。1963年12月31日入院,主诉:外伤性尿道断裂已12年。患者9岁时因戏耍以棉线捆扎阴茎中段,24小时后缚扎的远端阴茎肿胀、发紫、疼痛,不能排尿,36小时后结扎处尿道坏死破裂,并出现尿瘘,当时因结扎的二端肿胀,线环深陷入阴茎海绵体内,再加以患者不敢向家长说明真相,致迟至绞窄后第六天始将线环剪除,此时阴茎中段已溃烂感染,远端包皮肿胀膨大,20天后伤口始愈合。但此后因尿道已完全断裂,尿流完全从断裂的近端排出,阴茎远端持续肿大不退,因影响排尿及生育能力而来院治疗。检查:外生殖器两侧睾丸、附睾及精索无异常发现。阴茎长约8厘米,近端周径8.5厘米,远端包皮有明显橡皮肿,周径13厘米,中段呈环形凹陷,周径细小,龟头大小仍正常。尿道中段完全断裂,粘膜外翻,远端尿道仍通畅无阻塞。治疗:1964年1月2日在鞍麻下施行尿道吻合及阴茎远端整形术,先在阴茎中段环形切除局部疤痕组织并游离二端尿
