目前,住房和城乡建设部批准了《火灾自动报警系统施工及验收规范》为国家标准,编号为GB50166—2007,自2008年3月1日起实施;紧随其后,为了合理设计火灾自动报警系统,防止和减少火灾危害,保护人身和财产安全,根据住房和城乡建设部建标[200677号的通知要求,对国家标准《火灾自动报警系统设计规范》(GB50116-98)进行了全面修订,目前已在报批中;为规范我国城市消防系统联网和促进平安城市的建设,国家标准《城市消防远程监控系统技术规范》GB50440—2007自2008年1月1日起实施等等,这些国家标准的制修订对保证和提高消防系统工程设计、施工及维护管理工作的质量,对保证系统的可靠性、防止漏报和误报以及加强公安消防监督机构的技术监督工作,保障建筑的消防安全,发挥了重要的作用。以此为契机,我社于2008年6月23日召开了以“消防系统新标准、新技术的应用”为主题的研讨会,从火灾自动报警及消防联动控制系统的典型方案、城市消防远程监控系统的建设等方面,全面探讨了消防系统有关新标准和新技术的应用。会后,我们采访了中国建筑业协会智能建筑专业委员会专家濮容生、中国中元国际工程公司高工晁海鸥、北京市消防科学研究所高工刘洪山、同方股份有限公司高工徐珍喜,请他们就消防系统建设中遇到的问题发表了自己的见解,以期巩固和加强智能建筑中消防系统的建设成果。

After the conference, we interviewed Pu Rongsheng, expert of Intelligent Construction Committee of China Construction Industry Association, Chao Haiou, a senior engineer of China Zhongyuan International Engineering Company, and Liu Hongshan, a senior engineer of Beijing Institute of Fire Protection, and Xu Zhenxi, senior engineers of Tongfang Co., Fire system construction problems encountered expressed their views, with a view to consolidating and strengthening the construction of intelligent building fire safety system.
