竹红菌甲素(Hypocrellin A,以下简称甲素)不仅是一种有效的光疗药物,而且是一种很好的光敏剂。对甲素的吸收光谱和荧光性质已做了初步研究。甲素激发三重态性质的研究还未见报道。本文通过甲素延迟荧光的研究测定了甲素的磷光寿命,估计了甲素激发三重态能量的范围。此外还报道了甲素立体异构体的吸收光谱的差别。
Hypocrellin A (Hypocrellin A, hereinafter referred to as A) is not only an effective phototherapeutic drugs, but also a good photosensitizer. The absorption spectrum and fluorescence properties of A have been preliminary studied. Research on the triplet state of a-prime has not been reported yet. In this paper, the phosphorescence lifetime of A is determined by the study of delayed fluorescence of A, and the range of A triplet excitation energy is estimated. In addition, the differences in the absorption spectra of stereoisomers of A are reported.
