我院近4年来收治脑肿瘤145例,其中貌似脑血栓形成的脑肿瘤6例(占4.1%)。临床资料男性2例,女性4例。年龄50～63岁。入院时均误诊为脑血栓。6例均突然发病,肢体瘫痪4例,癫痫样发作和肢体瘫痪2例。均无明显头痛和呕吐症状。血压正常5例,高血压1例。神经系检查意识不清1例,失语2例。除1例眼底视网膜动脉硬化外,余眼底无视乳头水肿。一侧肢体瘫痪6例,偏身感觉减退2例。均应用过血管扩张药物治疗。4例症状有明显好转,平均缓解期43天。后期出
145 cases of brain tumors were treated in our hospital in the recent 4 years, of which 6 cases (4.1%) had cerebral thrombosis. Clinical data of 2 males and 4 females. Age 50 to 63 years old. Misdiagnosed as cerebral thrombosis when admitted to hospital. 6 cases were sudden onset, limb paralysis in 4 cases, epileptic seizures and limb paralysis in 2 cases. No obvious headache and vomiting symptoms. 5 cases of normal blood pressure, hypertension in 1 case. 1 nervous system examination awareness, aphasia in 2 cases. In addition to 1 case of retinal atherosclerosis, the fundus ignores papillary edema. One side of the paralyzed limbs in 6 cases, partial body feeling decreased in 2 cases. Have used vasodilator drug treatment. 4 cases had a significant improvement in symptoms, the average remission 43 days. Late out
