目的观察喜炎平注射液联合捏脊疗法治疗轮状病毒性肠炎患儿的临床疗效。方法将我院确诊的120例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿随机分为治疗组63例和对照组57例,2组患儿根据病情给予退热、补液、纠正电解质及酸碱平衡紊乱等对症治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予喜炎平注射液联合捏脊疗法治疗。治疗3 d后观察2组患儿临床症状及体征变化。结果治疗组总有效率为92.1%,明显高于对照组的75.4%,差异有高度统计意义(P<0.01)。结论喜炎平注射液联合捏脊疗法治疗轮状病毒性肠炎具有较好的临床疗效,且不良反应小,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiyanping injection combined with chiropractic treatment in children with rotavirus enteritis. Methods A total of 120 children with rotavirus enteritis diagnosed in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 63) and control group (n = 57). The two groups were given symptomatic treatment according to their condition, such as fever, rehydration, electrolyte and acid-base balance disorders , The treatment group was given Xiyanping injection combined with chiropractic therapy on the basis of routine treatment. After 3 days of treatment, the clinical symptoms and signs of 2 groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.1%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.4%), the difference was highly statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Xiyanping injection combined with chiropractic treatment of rotavirus enteritis has a good clinical efficacy, and adverse reactions, it is worth in the clinical application.
