近年来,山西灵丘县委、县政府以科学发展观为指导,紧紧围绕城乡区域教育均衡、协调发展这一主题,深化教育改革,加大教育投入,改善办学条件,规范办学行为,努力缩小城乡之间、学校之间的教育差距,切实推进城乡教育均衡发展,取得了比较明显效果。
