我国入世后,必须给予外商投资以国民待遇,这就要求我国必须对现有外资所受到的非国民待遇进行调整,以适应世贸组织的规则,扩大利用外资。
After China’s accession to the WTO, foreign investment must be given national treatment, which requires that our country must adjust the existing non-national treatment of foreign capital to adapt to the WTO rules and expand the use of foreign investment.
