随着农村剩余劳动力向城市的转移,农村留守儿童数量不断增加。这些留守儿童正值生长发育、思想启蒙和人生观、世界观初步形成的关键时期。我校从实际出发,办好寄宿制,服务留守儿童,努力使学校成为他们成长的校园、家园、乐园,让他们也能享受幸福完整的童年,这就必须加强对寄宿班老师的管理。就此我校特别设计了每学期一次的“家长、学生评议教师”活动,作为办好寄宿制的一项配套工程。
With the transfer of rural surplus labor to cities, the number of left-behind children in rural areas has been constantly increasing. These left-behind children are at a crucial period during which the concept of growth and development, the enlightenment of ideas and outlook on life and the world outlook are formed. From the reality, our school runs a boarding system and serves left-behind children. We strive to make the school a campus, a homeland and a paradise for them to grow up so that they can enjoy a happy and complete childhood. This must strengthen the management of the boarding teachers. In this regard, I specially designed a school every semester “Parents, student comment teachers ” activities, as a good boarding system of a supporting project.
