报告3例晚期抗药性癌症患者(2例非何杰金氏淋巴瘤,1例转移性神经纤维肉瘤)应用大剂量联合化疗(CHOP或COBP)伴自身骨髓移植治疗的经验。化疗前抽取骨髓,于4℃保存于保养液中72小时,一般于化疗后48小时回输。3例均获部分缓解,出现白细胞下降均在2周内恢复正常。作者认为本法技术简便易行,适合推广,但对适应症、剂量、巩固疗效方法等尚待继续探讨。
Three patients with advanced drug resistant cancers (2 non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and 1 metastatic neurofibrosarcoma) were reported to have experienced high-dose combination chemotherapy (CHOP or COBP) with their own bone marrow transplant. Bone marrow is taken before chemotherapy and stored in the maintenance solution at 4 ° C for 72 hours, generally returning after 48 hours of chemotherapy. 3 patients were partially relieved, leukopenia occurred within 2 weeks were returned to normal. The author believes that the technique of this method is simple and convenient and suitable for popularization, but the indications, dosage, methods of consolidating the curative effect and so on are yet to be discussed.
