目的 :了解抗疲劳固体饮料 (简称饮料 )对机体热应激时氧自由基代谢、细胞内酶的影响及其作用机制。方法 :将 48只日本大耳白兔随机分 5组 ,观察不同受热时间、服用饮料前后和不同服用时间的SOD ,LPO ,CK和LDH以及细胞膜结构的改变。结果 :服用饮料后动物体温明显低于热应激组 ,SOD保持受热前水平或明显高于受热组 ,LPO在服用饮料组中有明显的减低 ,与对照组比较有显著差异 ,CK及LDH水平在服用饮料前后无明显变化 ,但先服饮料后受热组的CK及LDH略有升高 ,与对照组比较有差异。结论 :饮料有提高机体有氧运动以及抗疲劳耐高温能力的功效
Objective :To understand the effect of anti-fatigue solid beverage (beverage) on oxygen free radical metabolism and intracellular enzymes during heat stress and its mechanism of action. Methods : 48 Japanese big-eared white rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups. The changes of SOD, LPO, CK, LDH and cell membrane structure were observed before and after different heating time, before and after taking the beverage. RESULTS: After taking the beverage, the body temperature of the animals was significantly lower than that of the heat stress group. SOD remained at the pre-heating level or was significantly higher than that of the heat-treated group. LPO was significantly decreased in the drink-taking group, and there was a significant difference compared with the control group. CK and LDH levels There was no significant change before and after taking the beverage, but the CK and LDH of the heated group increased slightly after serving the beverage first, which was different from the control group. Conclusion : Beverages have the effect of improving the body’s aerobic exercise and anti-fatigue and high-temperature resistance
