目的探讨艾滋病检测实验室的管理模式及资质认定的具体措施和实施效果。方法利用实施的《湖北省艾滋病检测实验室资质认定工作规程》,对艾滋病检测实验室的资质认定管理和评审结果进行分析。结果通过建立艾滋病检测实验室资质认定的管理体系,评审了297家实验室,对符合率大于80%的予以发证。平均获证率为40.7%,其中:疾控机构为100%,采血/供血站为75%、妇幼保健院为30.0%,医院为28.3%。艾滋病检测实验室资质认定的实施,强化了质量管理意识,全面促进了综合管理的能力。结论随着艾滋病防治工作和实验室管理的需要,资质认定工作仍需持续完善并扩大其管理范围,确保所有开展艾滋病检测的实验室符合资质认定管理要求。
Objective To explore the management mode of HIV testing laboratories and the concrete measures and results of the accreditation. Methods The “Regulations on HIV / AIDS Testing Laboratory in Hubei Province” were used to analyze the qualification management and assessment results of AIDS testing laboratories. Results By establishing a management system for accreditation of AIDS testing laboratories, 297 laboratories were assessed, and the accreditation rate of more than 80% was verified. The average certification rate was 40.7%, of which: CDC was 100%, blood collection / blood supply stations were 75%, MCH and CRH were 30.0% and 28.3% respectively. AIDS testing laboratory accreditation implementation, strengthening the quality management awareness, and comprehensively promoted the ability of integrated management. Conclusion With the need of AIDS prevention and control and laboratory management, the accreditation work still needs to be continuously improved and its management scope expanded so as to ensure that all HIV testing laboratories comply with the qualification management requirements.
