龙岗职业技术学校是一所融职业高中、普通中专、成人中专、高级技工、就业培训为一体的国家级重点职业技术学校。占地13.6万平方米,建筑面积达5.1万平方米,全日制在校生3288人。学校现有专任教师137人,其中高级教师34人,中级教师77人,中高级教师占专任教师的81%。开设数控技术与应用、汽车运用与维修、计算机应用、电工、会计、幼师、美术等7个专业。汽车运用与维修实训中心是广东省中等职业教育实训中心,数控技术应用专业为广东省中等职业学校示范专业,学校被列为国家教育部、劳动和社会保障部等六部委确定的全国195所承担数控技术应用技能人才培训任务的职业院校之一。
