本文检测了过敏性紫癜患儿急性期外周血免疫球蛋白血清IgG,IgA,IgM,IgD,T细胞亚群CD_3,CD_4,CD_8,CD_4/CD_8水平。结果显示,血清IgA、IgD较对照组升高,有显著性差异(P<0.01),而血清IgM较对照组显著增高(P<0.05),IgG则较对照组降低(P<0.05),CD_3低于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.01),CD_4高于对照组,有极显著性差异(P<0.01),CD_8低于对照组,有极显著性差异(P<0.01),CD_4/CD_8高于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05),说明过敏性紫癜患儿急性期存在免疫功能紊乱。
In this paper, the levels of CD_3, CD_4, CD_8 and CD_4 / CD_8 of peripheral blood immunoglobulin IgG, IgA, IgM, IgD and T cell subsets in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura were detected. The results showed that the levels of serum IgA and IgD were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.01), while the levels of IgM in serum were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05) (P <0.01), CD 4 was higher than that of the control group (P <0.01), CD 8 was lower than the control group, and there was a significant difference (P <0.01) / CD_8 higher than the control group, there was a significant difference (P <0.05), indicating that children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura in acute immune dysfunction.
