采用不完全双列杂交方法测定了隐性核不育系与黔油系列品种(系)产量、单株有效角果、主花序有效角果、千粒重、角实粒数的配合力。结果表明:(1)二者之间在产量、角实粒数和单株有效角果及主花序有效角果的特殊配合力分别达到极显著差异和显著差异,而千粒重无显著差异;(2)不育系产量及产量性状一般配合力除单株有效角果无差异外,其余均达显著差异;(3)黔油系列品种(系)产量性状的一般配合力达到显著和极显著差异,其中多数品种(系)仍可继续用作常规品种选育的核心亲本
Incomplete diallel cross method was used to determine the combining ability of recessive genic male-sterile lines and Qianyou series cultivars (lines), effective pods per plant, effective pod of main inflorescence, 1000-grain weight, and angle-grain number. The results showed that: (1) There was significant difference and significant difference in the special combining ability of the two cultivars in terms of grain yield, grain size, effective pod and effective pod of main inflorescence, respectively, while there was no significant difference in 1000-grain weight; (3) The general combining ability of yield traits of Qianyou series reached significant and extremely significant difference, except for the difference of the effective fruit per plant, Most of these varieties (lines) can still continue to be used as the core parent of conventional breeding
