主离合器是推土机重要的组件,负有结合和切断动力的功能,在实际的作业中推土机主离合器会遇到打滑、操纵杆沉重、齿轮异响、结合不良等常见问题,不但影响了正常的动力传导,更会影响推土机性能的发挥,是值得推土机操作人员和维修技术人员重视的关键性问题。本文根据推土机工作实际和维修经验,对推土机主离合器的常见故障进行了分类,分析了各种故障产生的原因,并在此基础上,提供了推土机主离合器常见故障的排出措施。
