作为领导干部,在抓经济工作时,一定不要忘记政治,既要抓经济,又要抓政治,把讲政治落到实处。政治是经济的集中表现,经济从来不能与政治分开。只有从政治上观察问题,分析问题,才能保证和促进改革开放和社会主义现代化建设事业的健康、顺利发展,在国际政治风云变幻中坚定信念,经受住各种考验。从这个意义上讲,中国今天的经济发展,实质上也是一个政治问题,是决定政局稳定的关键所在。因此,我们每个领导干部,无论从事党务工作,还是从事经济工作,都要善于从政治角度去审视经济工作,把握住政治方向。
As a leading cadre, when grasping economic work, we must not forget politics. We must not only pay attention to economy, but also grasp politics and stress politics. Politics is a concentrated manifestation of the economy, and the economy can never be separated from politics. Only by observing the issues politically and analyzing the problems can we ensure and promote the healthy and smooth development of the cause of reform and opening up as well as the socialist modernization so as to stand firm confidence in the ever-changing international political situation and withstand all kinds of tests. In this sense, China’s economic development today is essentially also a political issue and the key to determining political stability. Therefore, each of our leading cadres, regardless of whether they are engaged in Party affairs or economic work, should be good at examining the economic work from a political perspective and grasping the political direction.
