在分析影响高校双语教学质量的因素和探讨评价指标体系设计原则的基础上,指出要从教师素质、学生素质、教学过程、教学效果和管理体制五个方面对高校双语课程教学质量进行评价,建立了完善而可行的高校双语教学质量评价指标体系。提出了一种应用进化神经网络技术进行高校双语教学质量评价的方法,建立了高校双语教学质量评价的神经网络模型。实例表明,该方法能够实现对高校双语教学质量的快速、有效的评价,为提高高校双语教学质量提供了有益的帮助。
