工信部近日下发通知,就做好2015年及“十三五”期间淘汰目标计划制订工作作出要求。工信部要求,各地要在总结前一阶段工作经验的基础上,按照新时期全面深化改革的精神,积极探索、大胆创新,进一步完善利用环保、能耗等标准,运用法律手段和经济手段淘汰落后和过剩产能的工作机制。
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently issued a circular calling for the completion of the plan for the phase-out in 2015 and the “13th Five-Year Plan”.
