[目的]探明小麦种子在种子贮藏过程中的生理生化变化的规律及合适的老化处理条件。[方法]采用高温高湿人工加速老化的方法,对5 个非糯小麦和 5 个糯小麦品系的种子在 40 ℃和相对温度 90% 下分别处理 0、2、4、6 和 8 d。[结果]随着老化处理时间的延长,2 种小麦种子的发芽率变化趋势不明显,电导率先降后升,SOD、POD 和 CAT 活性大体呈逐渐上升趋势,可溶性蛋白含量逐渐降低。[结论]糯小麦种子在处理时更易老化。40 ℃和相对温度90%对小麦种子影响较小,因此进行小麦种子老化处理必须提高处理温度。
[Objective] The research aimed to determine the rules of physiological and biochemical changes of wheat seeds during seed storage and the suitable aging conditions. [Method] The seeds of 5 non - waxy wheat and 5 waxy wheat lines were treated for 0, 2, 4, 6 and 8 d at 40 ℃ and 90% relative humidity respectively by artificial accelerated aging under high temperature and high humidity. [Result] With the aging time prolonged, the germination rate of two kinds of wheat seeds did not change obviously. The conductivity decreased first and then increased. The activities of SOD, POD and CAT increased gradually and the content of soluble protein gradually decreased. [Conclusion] Waxy wheat seeds were more easily aged when they were treated. 40 ℃ and 90% relative temperature have little effect on wheat seeds, so the treatment temperature must be increased for wheat seed aging treatment.
