一、表扬代替批评每一个学生在其学习生活的每一个阶段,必然都有不同程度的进步,也必然会出现这样那样的缺点,教师的职责,就是恰当运用表扬与批评的方法,指导学生身心健康发展。然而,多数学生喜欢听表扬的话,不愿接受批评,甚至一受批评就产生逆反心理。因此,我们在批评其不足前,应真诚地表扬他的进步,如果能巧妙地用赞扬其进步代替批评其不足,效果则更好。我曾经教过这样一个学生,他为人聪明,学习成绩也好,就是纪律散
