目的:探讨复方麝香注射液所致不良反应的一般规律和特点,推动临床合理用药。方法:对我院2006年1月～2007年1月自发呈报的15例复方麝香注射液致不良反应的报告进行分析。结果:复方麝香注射液的不良反应临床表现主要为胸闷、憋气、口唇紫绀、剧烈咳嗽、呼吸困难等过敏反应;其次为高热、寒战;再次为皮疹,偶有面部潮红、出汗等。其不良反应的发生大多较快,且具有年龄和性别差异。结论:复方麝香注射液的不良反应具有一定的规律性和特点,应据此合理应用。
Objective: To investigate the general rules and characteristics of adverse reactions caused by compound Qixiang injection and promote rational use of drugs in clinic. METHODS: The reports of adverse reactions caused by 15 cases of compound musk injection that were spontaneously reported from January 2006 to January 2007 in our hospital were analyzed. RESULTS: The clinical manifestations of the adverse reactions of Compound Qixiang Injection were mainly chest tightness, belching, cyanotic purpura, severe cough, dyspnea and other allergic reactions; followed by high fever and chills; once again a skin rash, occasional facial flushing, sweating, etc. The incidence of adverse reactions was mostly faster and had differences in age and gender. Conclusion: The adverse reactions of compound Huxiang injection have certain regularity and characteristics and should be reasonably applied accordingly.
