日本已把开发“希望”号航天飞机纳入国家计划。为了实现这一计划,由科技署负责人主持的空间开发委员会已建立了一个特别小组,就研制“希望”号作了深入细致的研究。这一研究与开发机构是由该国政府机构和私人企业中最优秀的空间开发研究工作者组成。预计该计划在美国、欧洲一些国家和俄罗斯的国际技术合作下,会取得明显进展。
Japan has included the development of the “Hope” space shuttle into its national plan. To achieve this goal, the Space Development Committee, chaired by the head of the Science and Technology Department, has set up a special task force to conduct an in-depth and detailed study on the development of Hope. The research and development agency is comprised of the finest space development researchers in government agencies and private enterprises in the country. The plan is expected to make significant progress under the international technical cooperation among the United States, some European countries and Russia.
