引言滚动轴承是现代机械必不可少的重要部件,随着我国国民经济的飞跃发展,对其需要量也日益增加。每年用于制造轴承的钢材,为数甚为可观。但滚动轴承的大部分零件系用铬碳合金钢制成,而铬合金元素我国目前尚较为缺乏,应将其用于更需要的部门(例如制造耐热、耐蚀钢等),因此利用我国富产的合金元素来代替或减少铬元素含量,从而建立起我国的合金钢系统,实系当前异常迫切的任务。本文主要系探讨在ШХ15钢的基础上,借提高锰、硅含量,以适当降低铬含量的可能性。
Introduction Rolling bearings are an essential part of modern machinery, with the rapid development of our national economy, its demand is also increasing. Every year for the manufacture of steel bearing, the number is very impressive. However, most of the components of the rolling bearing are made of Cr-C steel, while the chrome-alloy element is still lacking in our country at present and should be used for more needed sectors (such as heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant steel) The production of alloying elements to replace or reduce the content of chromium, thereby establishing China’s alloy steel system, is the Department of the current urgent task. In this paper, mainly on the basis of ШХ15 steel to explore, by increasing the manganese, silicon content, in order to appropriately reduce the possibility of chromium content.
