肝硬化患者在出现门静脉高压时,其门静脉宽度及血流量均明显增加。文献报告胰高糖素可使门静脉血流量明显增加,门脉血管扩张,在门脉高压的形成中起重要作用。笔者观察了肝硬化伴门静脉高压患者的胰高糖素水平,并探讨门静脉宽度与血清胰高糖素的关系,为门脉高压形成的激素学说提供理论依据。1 临床资料和方法29例肝硬化患者,其中肝炎后肝硬化15例,血吸虫性肝硬化9例,其它5例。诊断参照实用内科学肝硬化的诊断标准。健康参照组经肝生化及B超等检查排除肝脏疾患,并无内分泌及其有关疾病。肝功能分级采用Child分级方法,分为A、B、C3级。所有患者均由同一人行B超检查,测定门静脉宽度,并记录之。患者于空腹状态下抽取肘静脉血,分离血清待测。血清中胰高糖素采用放射免疫分析方法测定,按药盒(中国北方同位素公司产品)说明书严格操作。统计学采用t检验和相关回归分析方法。
Patients with cirrhosis in the portal hypertension, the portal vein width and blood flow were significantly increased. Health reference group by liver biochemistry and B-check to rule out liver disorders, no endocrine and related diseases. Classification of liver function using Child classification, divided into A, B, C3 level. All patients by the same line of B-ultrasound, determination of portal vein width, and record. Patients in the fasting state elbow venous blood, serum was separated for testing. Glucagon in serum is determined by radioimmunoassay and is performed strictly according to the instruction manual of the kit (isotopes of northern China). Statistics using t test and related regression analysis.
