患者,女性,8岁,体重21kg。因头痛伴有呕吐一年,加重二个月入院,经CT证实为“四脑室膜瘤,梗阻性脑积水”。术前血压12/8kpa,Hb109g/L,心率80次/min。拟气管插管静脉复合麻醉下行后正中开颅四脑室肿瘤切除术。术前30min肌注阿托品0.25mg,鲁米那0.05g。术中心电监护。麻醉诱导:安定6mg、芬太尼0.05mg,硫喷妥钠150mg,司可林40mg静注后,经口插管,顺利。10 5/am手术开始,血压18.5/11kpa,心率80
