《江西通信科技》第三届编辑委员会第三次工作会议于1996年5月3日在省邮电管理局召开,编委会主任、省局副局长黄日高,副主任、省局副总工、科技处处长吴增林,副主任、省通信学会秘书长高英,副主任、省邮电科技情报中心站站长、主编刘学成,编委会委员及编辑部成员共计20余人参加了会议。
