目的探讨小儿癫痫的临床治疗措施。方法回顾分析50例患者的临床资料。结果本组50例患者治疗后随访3年,其中45例无癫痛发作,5例有偶发。结论明确是否为癫痫发作,发作的类型;查找病因,明确可能的癫痫综合征;弄清发作与EEG的关系,注意与非癫痫发作性疾病的鉴别,防止误诊;坚持随诊,注意抗癫痫药物的毒副作用,定时查血药浓度,及时调整药物剂量。
Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of epilepsy in children. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results The group of 50 patients were followed up for 3 years after treatment, of which 45 cases of epileptic seizures, 5 cases of sporadic. Conclusions clear whether the type of seizures, seizures; find the cause, clear possible epilepsy syndrome; clarify the relationship between seizures and EEG, pay attention to the identification of non-seizures and prevent misdiagnosis; adhere to follow-up, pay attention to antiepileptic drugs Toxic side effects, regular check blood concentration, timely adjustment of drug dose.
