微电网作为重要的供电设施,需要有多个部门共同开发,因此微电网项目的利益分配问题就显得尤为重要。研究围绕着如何解决微电网项目的利益分配问题,为了体现微电网项目的风险承担性,在采用shapley值法做出初步利益分配后,引入风险投资系数来对初步利益分配方案进行修正。首先采用层次分析法来确定影响微电网项目风险的风险因素的权重,然后采用模糊综合分析法来确定微电网不同的利益相关者的风险系数。
Micro-grid as an important power supply facilities, the need for joint development of several departments, so the issue of distribution of benefits of microgrid projects is particularly important. The research focuses on how to solve the problem of profit distribution in the microgrid project. In order to reflect the risk commitment of the microgrid project, the venture capital coefficient is introduced to modify the initial profit distribution plan after the initial profit distribution is made by the shapley value method. Firstly, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to determine the weight of the risk factors that affect the risk of the microgrid project. The fuzzy comprehensive analysis method is then used to determine the risk factors of different stakeholders in the microgrid.
