女性膀胱颈梗阻临床并不少见,我院于2004年2月～2009年2月收治的女性膀胱颈梗阻86例患者,均采用经尿道膀胱镜电切治疗,效果满意,报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料86例患者,年龄35～76岁,平均年龄53岁。病史2～15年,均有不同程度的尿路刺激症,状排尿迟缓,尿线变细,膀胱区疼痛,排尿不净等症状;其中16例患者有因尿潴留导尿史。
Female bladder neck obstruction clinical is not uncommon, our hospital in February 2004 ~ February 2009 admitted 86 cases of female bladder neck obstruction, were treated by transurethral cystoscopy, with satisfactory results, the report is as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information 86 patients, aged 35 to 76 years, mean age 53 years. History of 2 to 15 years, have varying degrees of urinary tract irritation, slow urination, urinary tract thinning, bladder pain, urinary bladder and other symptoms; of which 16 patients with history of urinary retention catheterization.
