在企业医院发展的过程中,财务管理成为了其发展受限的一个重要因素。面对日趋成熟的市场经济体制,财务管理不到位很容易影响到企业医院的发展。文中主要就企业医院财务管理中存在的问题以及改进的措施进行了探讨。
In the development of enterprise hospitals, financial management has become an important factor in its limited development. Faced with an increasingly sophisticated market economy, inadequate financial management can easily affect the development of corporate hospitals. The paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the financial management of enterprise hospitals and the measures to be improved.
