近年来,我们朔州市委顺应农村形势的发展,努力改进农村思想政治工作的组织管理体系和活动方式,逐步建立起与农民生产经营相适应的教育网络,使思想政治工作踏实地进村入户。实践使我们得到了一些深刻的感受和体会。 一、要保证思想政治工作进家入户,必须壮大队伍,按区域分片辐射。农村实行以家庭联产承包为主的生产责任制以后,农户成为相对独立的生产经营单位。面对如此众多而分散的经营单位,只靠党员、干部去逐户落实思想政治工作的各项任务,其精力和力量是远远不够的。必须在充分发挥党员、干部作用的同时,壮大农村的政工队伍。因此,
