目的提高丹参舒心胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别丹参药材,高效液相色谱法测定丹参药材中丹参酮ⅡA的含量。结果在薄层色谱中检出丹参酮ⅡA,斑点清晰,重现性好。丹参酮ⅡA在0.04~0.20μg范围内,具有良好的线性关系(r=0.99997)。平均回收率为99.5%,RSD为1.3%(n=6)。结论本文建立的薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法简便,准确,可供本品质量控制。
Objective To improve the quality standard of Danshen Shuxin Capsule. Methods Thin layer chromatography was used to identify Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae and high performance liquid chromatography was used to determine the content of Tanshinone II A in Radix Salviae miltiorrhizae. Results Tanshinone IIA was detected by thin layer chromatography with clear spots and good reproducibility. Tanshinone IIA was in the range of 0.04 to 0.20 μg with a good linear relationship (r=0.99997). The average recovery was 99.5% and the RSD was 1.3% (n=6). Conclusion The thin layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography established in this paper are simple, accurate and can be used to control the quality of the product.
