根据杨晓东的〈故障函数法诊断技术〉的基本思想,考虑到存贮器区别于一般逻辑电路的特殊性,产生了存贮器故障诊断的新方法。这里关键是将信息到公用读放电路之间连线虚拟为某种逻辑元件,这样就可以和普通逻辑电路一样地用求变态法求测试组及定位逻辑式了。对随机存贮器诊断比较易行;但对固定存贮器诊断却较难,因为其不能任意加载测试码,只靠其本身的固定码子来提供敏化条件,有时不敏化,为此以逻辑模拟法特殊处理之。根据需要选用中规模集成组件组成的微程序库作为诊断对象,能精确定位出插件板中中规模组件的输入,输出脚的故障,冒‘1’,‘0’复合‘1’故障,以及插件板中其它元件的短路,断路故障。此软件思想及有关程序不仅可以诊断其它存贮器,只读存贮器,还可以诊断有固定码子的只读组件中的故障,这对于生产中规只读存贮器(ROM)的厂家的自动测试都是适用的。
