远端缺血预处理(RIPC)是通过给予一个器官缺血预处理可以增加远处器官对缺血再灌注损伤的耐受性。基础研究和临床试验均证实RIPC是一项安全有效的干预措施,具有降低心肌缺血再灌注损伤的心肌保护效应。本文就近年来RIPC心肌保护效应和临床应用研究新进展做一综述。
Distal Ischemic Preconditioning (RIPC) increases the tolerance of distant organs to ischemia-reperfusion injury by administering an organ ischemic preconditioning. Both basic research and clinical trials confirm that RIPC is a safe and effective intervention with a cardioprotective effect that reduces myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. This article reviews the recent advances in RIPC myocardial protection and clinical applications.
