用卡铂和足叶乙甙联合化疗方案（ＣＥ方案）治疗５０例晚期非小细胞肺癌，并观察其疗效和毒副作用。结果：部分缓解１０例，有效率２０．０％，缓解期４．２５月。中位生存期７月；１、２、３年生存率分别为３６％、８．６％、３．６％。鳞癌９例、腺癌３２例，有效率分别为４４．４％和１５．６％，中位生存期分别为９月和７月，Ⅲ期２４例，Ⅳ期２６例，有效率分别为２５．０％和１５．４％，中位生存期分别为８月和７．５月。部分缓解、稳定及进展的中位生存期分别为１１月、８月和７月。主要毒副反应为骨髓抑制、消化道反应，肝肾功能轻度受影响。
50 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were treated with carboplatin and etoposide combined with chemotherapy (CE regimen), and the curative effect and side effects were observed. Results: Partial remission in 10 cases, the effective rate of 20.0%, remission of 4.25 months. The median survival was 7 months; the 1, 2, 3 year survival rates were 36%, 8.6%, 3.6% respectively. 9 cases of squamous cell carcinoma and 32 cases of adenocarcinoma. The effective rates were 44.4% and 15.6% respectively. The median survival time was 9 months and 7 months respectively. There were 24 cases in stage Ⅲ and 26 cases in stage Ⅳ. The effective rates were 25.0% and 15.4% respectively. The median survival time was August and 7.5 months respectively. The median survival of partial relief, stabilization and progression were November, August and July respectively. The main side effects of bone marrow suppression, gastrointestinal reactions, mild liver and kidney function affected.
